Recently Allotted Units of Kumari Equity Fund Finally Listed in NEPSE

10,00,00,000 units of Kumari Equity Fund have been listed in NEPSE. The fund had initially issued only 8 crore units but the issue was resized on demand.

Kumari Capital allotted its Kumari Equity Fund on Chaitra 5, 2077 where the fund manager had received applications for more mutual fund units than the initially offered 8 crore units. Per the rule, the mutual fund extended its size by 25% thus allotting an 8.5 crore unit mutual fund to 94,661 public investors who had applied for a 3.92 crore unit mutual fund. 75 institutions had applied for 5.39 crore units of the mutual fund. The rest was subscribed by the fund promoter Kumari Bank.

All the applicants who applied between 100 to 20 lakh units received the total demanded units whereas those applying between 25 lakh to 50 lakh unit mutual fund received 24,06,070 units total.
