RBB Union's 37th Anniversary Marked with Blood Donation, Health Camp, Essay Contest

Rastriya Banijya Bank Employees's Union Nepal concluded its 37th anniversary celebrations on Wednesday. RBB Deputy CEO Binaya Raman Poudel inaugurated the main event, presided over by Union Chairman Rabindra Prasad Chaulagain, with senior bank officials and union leaders from allied organizations extending best wishes.

As part of the celebrations, provincial committees held a blood donation programme where 70 employees donated blood, and a health camp that served 300 employees with eye and ear check-ups. The Lumbini Provincial Committee received the running shield for best performance.

An essay competition on trade unions' role in institutional promotion was also held, with Ramesh Khadka, Januka Kumari Neupane and Laxman Poudel placing first, second and third respectively, winners received prizes and certificates.

The event, conducted by General Secretary Rishi Ram Gyawali with a welcome address by Senior Vice-Chairman Kabiraj Baral, saw wide participation from bank executives, branch managers and union members.
