RBB Mutual Fund-1, Prabhu Select Fund and Mega Mutual Fund 1 Publishes NAV Report of Last Month

"RBB Mutual Fund-1 (RMF1)" is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in the secondary market. The fund has a maturity period of 7 years. Each unit has a par value of Rs. 10.

According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV stands at Rs. 9 as of Shrawan end, 2079 which was Rs. 8.96 in the previous month.

The scheme which began with a total fund of Rs.1.25 Arba has invested Rs. 46.32 crores in the listed shares and Rs. 2.95 crores in public issues, right shares, and bonus shares. This scheme has Rs. 37 crores in the bank balance. The scheme has Rs. 18.75 crores in fixed deposits and has invested Rs. 10 crores in bonds and debentures.

RBB Mutual Fund-1 has posted a net profit of Rs. 42.35 lakhs in the month of Shrawan. Its loss was Rs. 12.90 crores in the previous month.

Likewise, Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) has also unveiled its NAV Shrawan's report. Prabhu Select Fund is Prabhu Capital's first-ever mutual fund scheme. It is a closed-end scheme with a maturity period of 7 years. Since the issue was oversubscribed, the size of the Prabhu Select Fund was extended to 125 million units, which is worth Rs. 1.25 billion, even though the fund had only issued 100 million units initially.

According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV stands at Rs. 9.89 as of Shrawan end, 2079 which was Rs. 9.82 in the previous month.

The scheme which began with a total fund of Rs. 1.25 Arba has invested Rs. 44.9 crores in the listed shares and Rs. 1.04 crores in public issues, right shares, and bonus shares. This scheme has Rs. 51.13 crores in the bank balance. The scheme has Rs. 18.25 crores in fixed deposits and has invested Rs. 7.33 crores in bonds and debentures.

Prabhu Select Fund has posted a net profit of Rs. 88.04 lakhs in the month of Shrawan. Its loss was Rs. 1.5 crores last month.

Similarly, the NAV report of "Mega Mutual Fund 1 (MMF1)" has been unveiled for the month Shrawan.

"Mega Mutual Fund 1" is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in NEPSE. The fund has a maturity period of 10 years.

10 crore units were issued at a par value of Rs. 10 per unit. The issue was oversubscribed more than 2.37 times and was resized to 125% of its initial size, given the oversubscription.

Thus, the issue began with a fund size of Rs. 1.25 Arba, and has invested Rs. 90.54 crores in listed shares in Shrawan. Rs. 4.02 crores have been invested in non-listed shares and Rs. 12.5 crores in fixed deposits. The fund has Rs. 2.28 crores worth of bank deposits, and Rs. 84.45 lakhs of other assets.

The NAV of the fund is stable at Rs. 8.64 in Shrawan. It has reported a net loss of Rs. 6.23 lakhs. In the month before that, it was at a net loss of Rs. 16.98 lakhs.
