Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the change in the BOD of Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited (RHPL).
As per the notice, Mr. Subash Kumar Mishra will replace Mr. Jagdishwor Man Singh as director representing Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) for the remaining tenure.
