Rastriya Beema Sansthan to issue new certificates to existing shareholders from today

Rastriya Beema Sansthan is issuing new share certificates from today ( Chaitra 1,2072). The insurance company had started trading as Rastriya Beema Company Limited from Jestha 2, 2071. The old share certificates of the company have been dismissed.
All the shareholders of Rastriya Beema Sansthan are requested to collect their shares from NIBL Capital Markets Limited, Lazimpat , Kathmandu. Only the new share certificates will go through dematerialization process.
Notes:
- Shareholders have to submitl the original share certificates at the registrar office.
- Original share certificates and photocopy of citizenship card along with Letter of Authorization can be sent to the representative if the shareholders cannot collect the bonus share themselves.
