Rastriya Beema Sansthan 30th AGM today; to endorse 42.11% bonus shares

Rastriya Beema Sansthan (RBS) is convening its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Kartik 17, 2074). The AGM is being held at Head Office of RBS, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu. The main agendas of the AGM is to endorse 42.11 % bonus shares to its shareholders and cash dividends for the tax propose. Other agendas of the AGM include major financial highlights of the FY 2063/64, FY 2064/65 and FY 2065/66 and appointment of the auditor for the FY 2069/70, FY 2070/71 and FY 2071/72. The book closure date for the AGM was set on Kartik 1 to Katrik 17, 2074. Only those shareholders holding their shares till one day ahead of the book closure date, i.e. till Ashwin 31, 2074 are eligible to participate in the AGM. Proposed 42.11% bonus shares will be distributed in the paid up capital Rs 12.93 crore as of FY 2063/64. It has earned Rs 68.10 lakh in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74.
