Rastriya Banijya Bank to convene its 13th AGM on Magh 24; to endorse 12% cash dividend worth Rs 1.08 arba

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBB) will be convening its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Magh 24, 2076 at RBB Meeting Hall, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu from 2 PM onwards.
The Board Meeting held on Magh 2, 2076 has decided on the following agendas to be discussed in the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Board.
- Approval of audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Approval of 12% cash dividend worth Rs 1.08 arba as proposed by the board.
- Appointment of the auditor for the year 2076/77.
- Amendment in the MoU and AoA of the bank.
Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) is fully government owned, and the largest commercial bank in Nepal. It is the first time RBB has endorsed dividend in its history.
