Rastriya Banijya Bank to convene its 13th AGM on Chaitra 4, 2075; Book closure will remain closed from 21 to 27th of Falgun for AGM purpose

Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) is going to conduct its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As per the notice published today, the 13th AGM is scheduled to be held on Chaitra 4, 2075. The AGM will be convened at the premises of Rastriya Banijya Bank (Former NIDC’s office), Durbarmarg from 3:00 PM.

The agendas include issuance of the audited financial report of fiscal year 2074/75 and appointment of the statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2075/76.

For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders' register book will remain closed from Falgun 21 till the 27th of Falgun, i.e. the shareholders holding shares of the bank till Falgun 19 will be able to participate in the AGM.
