Rastriya Banijya Bank signs pact with TU

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited and retired professor and staffs of Tribhuwan University (TU) have signed an agreement regarding payment of pension. The agreement was signed on Mangsir 19, 2073. Kiran Kumar Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Rastriya Banijya Bank and Dilliram Upreti, Registrar of TU signed on the agreement. Tirtha Khaniya, Vice-Chancellor of TU said that the service will advantage 4,500 retired staffs of the University and will also be beneficial to 15 thousand staffs in the near future. In addition, the bank will also provide modern banking services added CEO Shrestha. Till date, RBB is rendering services in 67 districts, 171 branch offices, 86 ATM counters. Annually, the bank expenses more than Rs 2 arba for pension and social security.
