Rastriya Banijya Bank SGM today; endorsing merger with NIDC Development Bank in the share swap ratio of 1:1

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBB) is convening Special General Meeting (SGM) today (Magh 20, 2074). The SGM is being held at Hotel Radission, Lazimpath, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.

The main agendas of the SGM are:
  • To endorse merger with NIDC Development Bank Limited (NIDC) in the share swap ratio of 1:1.
  • To appoint and determine the salary of evaluator for determining Networth of NIDC.
  • To amend the authorized, issued and paid up capital of the company.
  • To give power of attorney to the Board of Directors (BOD).
  • To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
It had posted net profit of Rs 70.87 crore in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75.
