Rastra Utthan Lagubitta Sees Impressive Increment in Net Profit, CAR at 11.95% (Q3 FY 78/79)

Rastra Utthan Lagubitta Bittiya Sanstha has published its third-quarter report for the FY 2078/2079 with an increment in Net Profit by 70.20%. The net profit has increased from Rs. 3.2 crores in the third quarter of FY 2077/2078 to Rs. 5.5 crores in the third quarter of FY 2078/2079.
Likewise, the deposit from customers increased by 15.24% to Rs. 77.9 crores (compared to the immediate previous year ending) whereas loans and advances to customers increased by 27.05% to Rs. 3.19 Arba (compared to the immediate previous year ending) till the third quarter. Similarly, Net Interest Income (core business income) has increased by 18.10% to Rs. 26.4 crores compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The microfinance paid-up capital stands at Rs. 26 crores with Rs. 17.3 crores in its Reserve and surplus. The Non-performing loan (NPL) remained at 1.19% for this quarter.
The annualized earnings per share (EPS) of the microfinance stood at Rs. 28.48 and Net worth per share stood at Rs. 166.74. The company traded at a P/E multiple of 58.29 times.
