Raptibheri Bikas Bank's 7th AGM on Ashad 17; acquisition by JBBL & cancellation of 200% right share among main agendas

Raptibheri Bikas Bank Limited (RBBBL) is going to conduct its 7^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 17, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Vinayak Guest House, Nepalgunj at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

1. To distribute 9.25% bonus share to its shareholders from the profits it earned in FY 2072/73
2. To cancel the 200% right share endorsed by the bank’s SGM on Bhadra 17, 2073
3. To endorse the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed with Jyoti Bikas Bank for acquisition
4. To fix/endorse the share swap ratio and Due Diligence Audit report for acquisition by Jyoti Bikas Bank
5. To provide authority to the BOD for acquisition

Raptibheri Bikas Bank’s trading has been suspended in NEPSE since March 29, 2017. Only those shareholders with shares traded before that day are eligible for the bonus share and for participation in the AGM. RBBBL has posted net profit of Rs 1.08 crore in the third quarter of the FY 2073/74.
