Rapti Hydro & General Construction Limited Calls AGM on Poush 29 With An Agenda to Issue Right Shares

Rapti Hydro & General Construction Limited (RHGCL) has published a notice regarding the book closure date for the purpose of AGM.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 07 decided to convene the AGM on 29th Poush, 2082, 10:30 AM at Welcome Party palace, Chapagaun, Kathmandu.

Furthermore, the board of director meeting has proposed for the issuance of rights shares (1:0.4661) for the shareholders. This will be issued from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1,22,55,87,600 at the upcoming AGM for discussion and approval of the right shares.

The book closure for it's upcoming AGM has been declared on Poush 15.

Note that the issuance of the right shares is contingent upon approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and subsequent endorsement at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As of writing, RHGCL has an LTP of Rs. 242.80 .
