Radhi Bidyut Company’s AGM Cancelled Due to Lack of Quorum

Radhi Bidyut Company Limited has announced the cancellation of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2081/82, which was scheduled to be held on Poush 22, 2082, in accordance with the Company Act, 2063.

The company informed that the meeting could not proceed as the required quorum, as stipulated under the Company Act, 2063, and the company’s Articles of Association, was not present. Due to the absence of the mandatory number of shareholders, the AGM was unable to carry out its planned agenda and has therefore been officially postponed. The company will inform shareholders about the rescheduled date and further arrangements of the AGM through subsequent notices.
