Radhi Bidyut Company to conduct AGM on 29th Asadh, 2076; 10% dividend to be endorsed

As per the decision of the BOD meeting held on 27^th Jestha, 2076, the AGM of Radhi Bidyut Company (RADHI) will be held on 29^th Asadh, 2076 (14^th, July, 2019) at Amritbhog Catering, Kalikasthan fron 11 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the year 75/76. The AGM will also endorse distribution of 5% cash dividend (including tax) and 5% bonus shares for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 74/75.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from 9^th Asadh to 22^nd Asadh, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till 8^th Asadh, 2076 will be eligible to claim the dividend and participate in the AGM.
