Radhi Bidhyut Company Limited (RADHI) has proposed 36.5% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Jestha 02 has decided to distribute 36.5% bonus shares from the paid-up capital of Rs. 47,35,56,500. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 17,28,48,122.50.
