Public Issue "Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" Mutual Fund Scheme Closing Today

Prabhu Capital Limited is closing the issue of its mutual fund scheme "Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" to the general public today, 6th Ashadh, 2082. The issue opened on the 23rd Jestha, 2082, and was supposed to close on the 27th Jestha, 2082. However, since the issue manager didn't receive enough applications, the issue was extended until today.
Out of 4 crore unit shares, 7.5%, i.e., 30 lakh units worth Rs. 3 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, Prabhu Bank Limited, and 7.5%, i.e., 30,00,000 units worth Rs. 3 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor, Prabhu Capital Limited. The remaining 2,50,00,000 units worth Rs 25 Crore will be issued to the general public and institutions.
According to CDSC, a total of 70,527 applicants have applied for 3,62,93,270 units worth Rs. 36.29 Crores so far. This data is as of 5 p.m. yesterday.
"Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" is an open-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 31,00,000 units.
