The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the mutual fund proposal of RBB Merchant Banking. The merchant bank can now issue RBB Mutual Fund 1.
RBB Mutual Fund 1 has 100,000,000 total units.
RBB Merchant Bank Ltd. itself is the issue manager. The regulatory board approved the proposal on Ashad 10.
