Public Issue of "Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" Mutual Fund Scheme Opening From Today

Prabhu Capital Limited is opening the issue of its open-ended mutual fund scheme "Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" from today, i.e., on 23rd Jestha, 2082, and will close on 27th Jestha, 2082. If not subscribed fully by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Ashadh 06, 2082.

Out of 4 crore unit shares, 7.5%, i.e., 30 lakh units worth Rs. 3 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, Prabhu Bank Limited, and 7.5%, i.e., 30,00,000 units worth Rs. 3 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor, Prabhu Capital Limited. The remaining 2,50,00,000 units worth Rs 25 Crore will be issued to the general public and institutions.

"Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" is an open-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 31,00,000 units.
