Public Issue of NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E Approved by SEBON; IPO of Three Star Hydropower Limited in SEBON's Pipeline

NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E is an open-ended mutual fund, meaning it will not trade in NEPSE. The fund has 10 crores units worth Rs. 1 Arba. NMB Capital is the fund manager. The fund manager had submitted the application to the regulator on Poush 23, 2077.
