Public Issue of "LS Horizon 12" Mutual Fund Scheme Closing From Today

LS Capital Limited is closing the issue of its mutual fund scheme "LS Horizon 12" to the general public today, 6th Jestha, 2082. The issue opened on the 30th Baishakh, 2083, Although the deadline for this public issue had been extended until 13th Jestha, 2083, it is closing today due to oversubscription.
Out of 12 crore unit shares, 15%, i.e., 1,80,00,000 crores units worth Rs. 18 crores have been allocated to the scheme manager, Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited. The remaining 10,20,00,000 crores units worth Rs 1.02 Arba will be issued to the general public and institutions
According to CDSC, a total of 37752 applicants have applied for 123,593,200 units worth Rs. 1.23 Arba so far.
"LS Horizon 12" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1.00,00,000 units.
