Public Issue of "10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089" and "10.75% S.B.L. Debenture 2089" Closing Today

Sanima Bank Limited is closing the public issue of "10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089" today. The issue opened on 10th Ashad and was supposed to close on 14th Ashad. Since the issue wasn't subscribed fully by then, the deadline was extended till today, i.e. 24th Ashad, 2079.

50,00,000 units have been issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 60% i.e 30,00,000 units of the issue will be subscribed via private placement and the remaining 40% i.e 20,00,000 is for the public issue (including mutual fund).

Interested applicants can place applications for a minimum of 25 units and maximum 20 lakh units at a par value of Rs 1,000. RRB Merchant Banking Limited is appointed as the issue manager for the debenture issuance.

As the name suggests, "10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089" has a maturity period of 10 years and will yield 10.25% annual returns to unit holders. As of now, Sanima Bank Limited has Rs 4.77 Arba worth of debenture in its portfolio.

Similarly, Siddhartha Bank Limited is also closing the public issue of "10.75% S.B.L. Debenture 2089" today. The issue opened on 10th Ashad and was supposed to close on 14th Ashad. Since the issue wasn't subscribed fully by then, the deadline was extended till today, i.e. 24th Ashad, 2079.

40,00,000 units are issued at Rs. 1000 per unit. Out of the total of 40 lakh units, 24 lakh units i.e. 60% is for the private placement while the remaining 16 lakh units i.e. 40% of the issue is for the general public which includes 5% i.e 80,000 units for mutual funds. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 1,00,000 units till the end of banking hours today.

Kumari Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager for the debenture issuance.

"10.75% S.B.L. Debenture 2089" has a maturity period of 10 years and will yield 10.75% annual returns to unitholders. As of now, Siddhartha Bank Limited has Rs. 7.66 Arba worth debenture in its portfolio.
