Public Issue "Global IME Samunnat Yojana -II" Mutual Fund Scheme Closing Today

Global IME Capital Limited is closing the issue of its mutual fund scheme "Global IME Samunnat Yojana -II" to the general public today, 27th Ashadh, 2082. The issue opened on the 22nd Ashadh, 2082, and was supposed to close on the 25th Ashadh, 2082. However, since the issue manager didn't receive enough applications, the issue was extended until today.
Out of 12 crore unit shares, 1.5%, i.e., 18 lakh units worth Rs. 1.80 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, Global IME Bank Limited, and 13.50%, i.e., 1,62,00,000 units worth Rs. 16.20 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor, Global IME Capital Limited. The remaining 10,20,00,000 units worth Rs 1.02 Arba are issued to the general public and institutions.
According to CDSC, a total of 37,328 applicants have applied for 13,59,05,100 units worth Rs. 1.35 Arba so far.
"Global IME Samunnat Yojana -II" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,20,00,000 units.
