Prudential Insurance (PICL) Proposes 7.368% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) has proposed a 7.368% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 224th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 24 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1,10,85,46,560. 7% bonus shares worth Rs 7.75 crores and 0.368% cash dividend (for tax) worth slightly over Rs 40.84 lakhs have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by Beema Samiti and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, PICL has an LTP of Rs. 774.10.
