Prudential Insurance auctioning 54,631 units ordinary shares from Shrawan 12; Minimum bid rate at Rs 100
Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) had issued 60% right shares to its shareholders recently. The bank is auctioning the unsold right shares from Shrawan 12 till Shrawan 19, 2077. The company is auctioning 54,631 units ordinary shares.
The minimum bid amount has been set at Rs 100, so the bids should be equal to or above Rs 100. Similarly, applicants can bid for a minimum of 100 units and no limit has been set for maximum units.
