Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) has informed Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) about conduction of its Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The insurance company’s 165th BOD meeting held yesterday (Magh 18, 2073) has decided that the company’s 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Falgun 27, 2073.
PICL has earned net profit of Rs 1.8 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74.
