Promoter Shares of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta And NMB Bank Limited in Auction From Today
NIC Asia Bank Limited is selling the promoter shares of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) in the auction from today i.e. 13th Baisakh to 21st Baisakh, 2081.
68,805 unit promoter shares of SWMF are being auctioned. Qualified interested promoter shareholders, general public/company, and institutions are eligible to bid in the auction of SWMF. Rs. 250 is the minimum bid rate and the minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 5,000 units. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by the Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.

As of writing, SWMF has an LTP of Rs. 720.70.
The existing promoters of NMB Bank Limited (NMB) are selling its 10,732 units of promoter share in an auction from 13th Baisakh to 20th Baisakh, 2081.
10,732 units of promoter shares of NMB are being auctioned. Interested promoter shareholders/ general public/ institutions are all eligible to bid in an auction. The minimum bid rate for both auctions is set at Rs. 120.
NMB Capital Limited is the auction manager. Bids will open at the premises of the auction manager on Baishakh starting at 10 am that day.
