The existing promoter of Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ALBSL) is auctioning 2,38,758 units of shares to its interested company/person. The auction is open from today i.e. 26th Ashadh, 2081.
2,38,758 units of promoter shares of ALBSL will be auctioned to the interested company/person. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction within 7 days from this notice's publication date.
Interested investors should submit their bids at the company's central office located at Banepa-13, Kavrepalanchok. No bids were received from existing founder shareholders within the specified timeframe, the shares are auctioned to the interested company/person.
As of writing, ALBSL has an LTP of Rs. 1,070.00. Meanwhile, ALBSLP has an LTP of Rs. 542.00.
