Promoter Shares Auction of Chhimek Laghubitta (CBBL) Received Only One Bid at Rs. 614 Per Share

Bank of Kathmandu Limited has opened the bids received in the auction of promoter shares of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL).

2,00,000 units promoter shares of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited were auctioned from 14th Baisakh. Individuals, existing promoters, and institutions were all eligible to bid for the auction. The minimum bid rate was Rs. 600.

B.O.K Capital Market was the auction manager for the auction. According to the auction manager, only one bid was received for 3,250 shares at Rs. 614 per share. The bidder has been allotted the demanded quantity of shares. The remaining shares will be auctioned again.
