Prime Commercial Bank virtually convenes its 13th AGM; endorses proposal of 15% bonus shares for its shareholders

Prime Commercial Bank has virtually convened its 13th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Poush 29, 2077.

The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 15% bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year.

The bank has committed to gradually expand its service area to more locations and to provide handsome dividend in the upcoming years, as per the media statement.
