Prime Commercial Bank to distribute18% bonus share certificate from today

Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL) is distributing 18% bonus share certificate to its shareholders from today (Chaitra 19, 2072). Prime commercial Bank 8th AGM held on Poush 29 had endorsed 18 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from share registrar of the company Civil Capital Markets Limited located at Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The bank has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers. Notes:

1. Shareholders have to bring original or Photocopy of share certificate along with citizenship certificate.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the bonus share themselves.
3. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
4. Shareholders having DEMAT account will have bonus share in their respective DEMAT account after listing in Nepal Stock Exchange.
