Prime Commercial Bank (PCBL) Proposes 15% Bonus shares for FY 2076/77

Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL) has proposed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The bank's 411th meeting of the board held on Poush 05 has proposed a 15% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 13,98,52,49,500. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 2,09,77,87,425.
This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the bank. As of writing, the LTP of the bank stands at Rs. 393.
