Price of Gold Fallen By Rs. 2,000 Per Tola in Nepalese Market Today; Silver Down By Rs. 100
The fine gold market recorded a decline on Thursday, with prices falling by Rs. 2,000 per tola.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), fine gold is currently trading at Rs. 265,700 per tola, down from the previous rate of Rs. 267,700 per tola.
Likewise, Tejabi gold has slipped by Rs. 2,000 to stand at Rs. 265,000 per tola, compared to Rs. 267,000 per tola a day earlier.
This modest correction follows fine gold’s recent record high of Rs. 270,600 per tola on December 28, 2025.
Silver prices have also eased by Rs. 100 per tola and are now being traded at Rs. 4,835 per tola, down from Rs. 4,935 per tola on the previous day.
