Preliminary cutoff of auctioned promoter and ordinary shares of Samata Laghubitta at Rs 151 and Rs 501 respectively

Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) had auctioned its unsold right shares via auction from Poush 11, 2076. The auction for the 161,738 unit shares was closed on Poush 22, 2076.

The microfinance company is auctioning 84,598 unit promoter shares and 77,140 unit ordinary shares.

NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the auction.

According to the officials,  the preliminary cutoff for ordinary shares and promoter shares stand at Rs 501 and Rs 151 respectively. A total of 16 applications were received for promoter shares and 415 applications were received for ordinary shares. However, further confirmation is required as the officials are yet to go through the details.
