Prabhu Select Fund Unveil Monthly Report, Nearly 41% Fund in Bank Balance

Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) has also unveiled its NAV Baisakh's report. Prabhu Select Fund is Prabhu Capital's first-ever mutual fund scheme. It is a closed-end scheme with a maturity period of 7 years. Since the issue was oversubscribed, the size of the Prabhu Select Fund was extended to 125 million units, which is worth Rs. 1.25 billion, even though the fund had only issued 100 million units initially.
According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV stands at Rs. 10.18 as of Baisakh end, 2079 which was Rs. 10.23 in the previous month.
The scheme which began with a total fund of Rs. 1.25 Arba has invested Rs. 45.57 crores in the listed shares and Rs. 1.04 crores in public issues, right shares, and bonus shares. This scheme has Rs. 51.37 crores in the bank balance. The scheme has Rs. 18.75 crores in fixed deposits and has invested Rs. 5.367 crores in bonds and debentures.
Prabhu Select Fund has posted a net profit of Rs. 2.99 crores in the month of Baisakh. Its profit was Rs. 3.57 crores last month.
