Prabhu Select Fund Reports Rise in Net Profit and NAV for the Month of Kartik

Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) has unveiled its NAV Kartik's report. Prabhu Select Fund is Prabhu Capital's first-ever mutual fund scheme. It is a closed-end scheme with a maturity period of 7 years. Since the issue was oversubscribed, the size of the Prabhu Select Fund was extended to 125 million units, which is worth Rs. 1.25 billion, even though the fund had only issued 100 million units initially.

According to the financial report, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV stands at Rs. 9.83 as of Kartik end, 2079 which was Rs. 9.72 in the previous month.

The scheme which began with a total fund of Rs. 1.25 Arba has invested Rs. 45.4 crores in the listed shares and Rs. 24.60 lakhs in public issues, right shares, and bonus shares. This scheme has Rs. 48.02 crores in the bank balance. The scheme has Rs. 18.25 crores in fixed deposits and has invested Rs. 10.83 crores in bonds and debentures.

Prabhu Select Fund has posted a net profit of Rs. 10.73 lakhs in the month of Kartik. Its loss was Rs. 1.19 crores last month.
