Prabhu & Sanima Capital separate AGM today; to endorse 20% & 25% cash dividend respectively

Prabhu and Sanima Capital Limited is convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Ashwin 6, 2074) at 1 PM. Prabhu Capital’s AGM is being held at Radission Hotel, Begnas Hall, Lazimpat, Kathmandu while Sanima Capital’s AGM is being held at the premises of Sanima Capital, Naxal , Kathmandu. The main agendas of Prabhu Capital includes endorsement of 20 percent cash dividend, financial highlights of FY 73/74 and appointment of auditor, Likewise, the main agendas of Sanima Capital includes endorsement of 25% cash dividend, to increase paid up, issued and authorized capital and appointment of auditor.
