Prabhu Insurance to convene 23rd AGM on Shrawan 17, 2076; book closure on Shrawan 3, 2076

The 374^th BOD meeting of Prabhu Insurance Company (PRIN) has decided that the 23^rd AGM of the company will be held on 17^th Shrawan, 2076 (2^nd August, 2079) at Prabhu Complex, Tinkune from 11 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse the audited financial highlights for FY 74/75 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 75/76.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from 3^rd Shrawan to 17^th Shrawan, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till 2^nd Shrawan, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM. There is no agenda of dividend distribution in the AGM notice.
