Prabhu Insurance (PRIN) auctioning 7,35,000 units promoter shares from Poush 07
Prabhu Insurance Company Limited (PRIN) is auctioning its 7,35,000 units promoter shares. The auction will open from 7th Poush and close on 21st Poush, 2077.
The existing promoters, general public, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction.
Rs. 322 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. While the minimum bid quantity is 25,000 units, there is no upper limit. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity. Meanwhile, any quantity in between should be divisible by 10.
Muktinath Capital Limited is appointed the auction manager. Bids will be opened at the issue manager's office in Hattisar on Poush 22, starting from 10 am.
As of writing, Prabhu Insurance Company's last day closing price of ordinary shares stands at Rs. 627 per share.
