Prabhu Insurance Distributed 11% Bonus Shares to Demat Accounts

Prabhu Insurance Limited (PRIN) has distributed 11% bonus shares directly to the DEMAT accounts of its shareholders. The company has urged its shareholders to dematerialize its shares.

The 26th AGM of the company endorsed a 11.58% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.The 398th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 29 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1,16,19,02,328. 11% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs 12.78 crores and 0.57% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 67.26 lakhs were proposed. The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts. Chaitra 17, 2078 was the book closure date.

Shareholders will have to dematerialize their shares at Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
