Prabhu Insurance Company Proposes 9.1679% Dividend for FY 2081/82

Prabhu Insurance Company Limited (PRIN) has proposed an 9.1679% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The 459th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 17, 2082, decided to distribute the 9.1679% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. 8.7% bonus shares worth Rs. 14.79 Crores and 0.4679% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 77.88 Lakhs have been proposed. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.70 Arba.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
PRIN closed at Rs. 719.00.
