Prabhu Insurance Calls SGM on Ashad 28; What are the Agendas?

Prabhu Insurance Limited (PRIN) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 28th Ashad, 2079. The meeting will be held in the company's head office located at Tinkune, Kathmandu, starting from 11 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the SGM:

1) To decide on future mergers and acquisitions with any suitable non-life insurance companies and to sign MOU (Memorandum of Understanding).
2) To appoint a recognized valuation officer to conduct Due Diligence Audit and also to give full authority to the Board of Directors to complete all the necessary procedures related to merger/acquisition.
3) Misc.

Ashad 20 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained till that day are entitled to attend this SGM.
