Prabhu Capital to convene SGM on Poush 25; Agenda to discuss M&A with Samriddhi Capital

Prabhu Capital will be convening Special General Meeting (SGM) on Poush 25, 2076 at Hotel Royal Singi, Ballroom, Kamaladi, Kathmandu from 3 PM onwards.

The 135th Board Meeting held on Poush 10, 2076 has decided to hold the SGM with the prime agenda of merger and acquisition with Samriddhi Capital Limited. The meeting will initially discuss and approve the activities that have already been carried out. Then it will appoint a certified evaluator for Due Diligence Audit and remuneration for the job will also be determined.
