NIMB Partners with Sajha Yatayat for Digital Ticketing

Nepal Investment Mega Bank (NIMB) has partnered with Sajha Yatayat to support the cooperative’s digital ticketing system for public buses.

Under the partnership, NIMB will act as the payment partner and facilitate secure and convenient digital fare payments for passengers. Sajha buses will use the bank’s POS machines to issue tickets and accept payments through cards and other digital channels.

Sajha Yatayat has been expanding its digital services, including a modern command and control center and cashless ticketing facilities. The system is designed to support multiple digital payment methods and reduce reliance on cash transactions.

The partnership is expected to expand digital payment access in public transportation and make fare collection more transparent and convenient for passengers.
