Prabhu Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of Prabhu Select Fund and Prabhu Smart Fund

Prabhu Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme: 25th Bhadra, 2082. Thus, unit holders holding until the 24th Bhadra are entitled to the dividend payout.
The board of directors of Prabhu Capital Limited, held on Bhadra 05, had decided to distribute a 12% cash dividend to unitholders of Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) and a 12% cash dividend (including tax) to unitholders of Prabhu Smart Fund (PRSF) for fiscal year 2082/83.
Prabhu Select Fund is a closed-ended mutual fund with a 7-year maturity period, while Prabhu Smart Fund has a 10-year maturity period. Both funds, sponsored by Prabhu Bank Limited, are managed by Prabhu Capital Limited.
