Prabhu Capital Limited has successfully conducted its 8th Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 27, 2073.
The AGM has approved to provide 20% cash dividend to its shareholders.
The AGM has also endorsed the changes made in Board of Directors (BOD) of Prabhu Capital.
