Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) has continued to show outstanding progress in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74 as well.
As per the unaudited financial report, its net profit has surged by 52.60% as compared to last year’s report. Its net profit now stands at a whopping Rs 1.75 arba. Its operating income has also increased by 56.33% to Rs 1.36 arba.
This increase in profit has propelled its Earnings Per Share (EPS) by 52.60% to Rs 29.78 per share at the end of Q4.
As of Q4, Prabhu Bank’s deposit base stands at a staggering Rs 81.34 arba. Out of this, it has floated loans of Rs 61.97 arba. With 28.55% increase in floated loans, it has been able to increase its net interest income by 28.50% to Rs 2.52 arba . Its CCD ratio stands at 71.10%.
After merger with Grand Bank Nepal Limited, PRVU has continued to make progress with its non-performing loan decreased to 4.29% in Q4 from 8.38% last year.
Its paid up capital now stands at Rs 5.88 arba with net worth of Rs 132.88 per share. The bank's reserve and surplus rises by massive 460.03% to Rs 2.05 arba in Q4 from Rs 36.63 crore in the corresponding quarter.
Prabhu Bank Limited will be issuing 40% right shares to its shareholders, after which its paid up capital will reach over Rs 8.22 arba.
