Prabhu Bank to conduct its 14th AGM on Magh 7; No dividend this time

Prabhu Bank Limited is going to conduct its 14th AGM on Magh7, 2072. The AGM will be held at the Bank’s Central Office at Babarmahal Kathmandu at 2pm. The main agendas of the meeting are:
  • Authorize BOD to initiate the acquisition process with other Banks and financial institutions.
  • Endorse the help provided to Prime Ministr Relief Fund.
The other agendas of the meeting are Financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor Only those shareholders owning shares till Ashwin 13 can be the part of the AGM.
