Prabhu Bank to conduct 14th AGM today; No dividend this time

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) is conducting its 14th AGM today (Magh7, 2072). The AGM is going to be held at the Bank’s Central Office located at Babarmahal Kathmandu at 2 pm. The main agendas of the meeting are:
  • Authorize BOD to initiate the acquisition process with other Banks and financial institutions.
  • Endorse the help provided to Prime Ministr Relief Fund.
The other agendas of the meeting are Financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor Only those shareholders owning shares till Ashwin 13 can be the part of the AGM. Prabhu bank had undergone merger process with Grand bank Nepal Limited.
