Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) proposes 10.52% Dividend for FY 2076/77: How much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) has proposed a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The meeting of the board of directors has proposed a 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. Thus, the bonus shares amounting to Rs. 1.03 Arba and cash dividend amounting Rs. 5.42 crores will be distributed.

Note that the dividend will only be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

In the fiscal year 2075/76, the bank had distributed 16% bonus shares and 0.84% cash dividend. As of writing, the LTP of the company on the last trading day stands at Rs. 342.
